For Home & Home Office customers we offer our "PC Doctor" On-Site Computer Support & Consultancy Service.

Virtually every home now needs its computer system to function correctly and efficiently. From home-based on-line businesses to our children's school homework the home PC is becoming an essential item in each home.

Our "PC Doctor" will visit your home or home office and spend up to 30 minutes on-site at no cost. If the problem can be fixed in that time there is still no cost. If the problem needs further work or parts we will provide an estimate.

For those business customers who do not wish to be tied in to a full support contract, Westec Networks offer a Call-by-Call support service. 

Charged at an hourly rate with a fixed call out charge, the Call-by-Call Support Service offers small & home office users the option to receive the high quality support available to contract customers without the monthly fee.
